VZ SPEEDO NOT WORKING PLEASE HELP!!

Hey everyone, I've done a manual conversion on my 5 speed Vz Calais to 6 speed manual.
I've gotten all the modules out of an SV6 and everything matches up and the car starts. since completing the conversion my digital and analog speedo will not work but all the other gauges work fine. Everything is plugged in, auto loom changed to manual and I even pulled out the speed sensors at the diff and cleaned them.

Has anyone had the same problem or similar? really need help please, ive tried everything i can think of.

hey mate, i removed my trans recently and had the same problem, 5 days later my battery died, replaced that and it worked fine. unsure how or why but thats what fixed mine :|
