What Oil do you use for a L77 6.0Ltr

Yes I'm stocking up with oils and other for my Caprice V 6.0 L77. I am going to use the same oil what I use for the VE V6 LEO Engine and that is a Penrite GF-5 ENVIRO+ Petrol 5W-30 Full Synthetic Dexos 1. Now I live in Brisbane so even in Winter is not really cold when I drive all cars.
What do you think?
Also I'm going to change the Engine and Radiator Fluid and I say like the V6's on the VE and the VF you use the RED type radiator fluid not the green.
Have to buy heaps of stuff tomorrow as tomorrow is cheap day for Supercheap.
Know doubt member here will have choices for what oil to use on these L77 Engines.

Extra virgin olive oil..make sure it's a good quality cold pressed one, you don't want rubbish oil in the engine..

I've used that before as well.....didn't notice any difference between it and the 5W-30.

Yes I Purchased today from Supercheap GF-5 ENVIRO+ Petrol 5W-30 Full Synthetic Dexos 1 but only one left from the pile with the LOGO Dexos 1 (The very last one). I got two 7 ltrs (one marked Dexos 1)and one 5 ltrs (not marked as Dexos 1) but even in the fine print it says Dexos 1 capable of stuff like this. Maybe have to ring Penrite up on Monday and ask them this .
Also bought oil filter for all cars + Air Cleaners, + VE Auto transmission oil and the pan filters Suger a expensive day it was today and it would have been more expensive if I did not get 20 to 50% discount on them.

Also I got 2 X 6LTRS Red Coolant for the Caprice V and other cars that use the Red Coolant. Yes My poor VR Comm use the Green stuff.

Guys Specials only for Today 06062020. I spent $360 now that with out the air filter the Caprice L77 as I wanted the good Ryco one A1557RP and they dont stock them but get it cheaper from Fley Bay. Also saved around $170 for the Discount.
