Going to move over to pennzoil ultra platinum next service. Supposedly pretty good stuff. Hard to find in Aus, going to buy from this bloke:

No, it may be the same as Shell Helix ultra - professional though. But that stuff is different to regular Helix ultra and damn near impossible to find.

PUP Consistently comes in the top couple in US independent testing along with amsoil though. Willing to give it a shot

Also going to use HPR-5 Penrite 5W 40 with Ryco Z663 oil filter
Have replaced the VCM Air filter. It Made a huge difference.
Original Air filter had been in the car for 20k

K&N filters can be washed and re oiled, no need to purchase a new one

Correct the Air filter can be washed out and re oiled but that takes time, So I will have the old one ready to go for the next service.

Changed the oil
Mobil 1. (5W 30)
over to
HPR-5 Penrite (5W 40)

My tune shop used Mobil 1 when they changed the Cam.
Anyway I immediately noticed how smooth the engine was running.
Happy days.
Also purchased a magnetic sump plug from Repco
