2014 Vf sv6 Ute manual
Gday,
Needing to replace my steering wheel on my 2014 VF SV6 manual Ute and was wondering if the SS model steering would fit. If anyone has had experience with doing this would love to hear it.
Cheers

Yes, all VF wheels are interchangable.

Should be some videos on how to do it, you've got to make sure your battery is disconnected to prevent the airbag going off etc.

Is the SS wheel the flat bottomed one?

I optioned the flat bottom/paddle shift wheel on both our vf2 sv6 ute & vf2 ss wagon ie not standard on either but a welcome addition to both.

The SSV one is flat bottomed. I put one on my SV6 as well as the aluminium pedal faces.
Plus one in the shed for "a later touch up" for both cars.

Ahh ok..sweet. Yeah my ute has the flat bottomed wheel and alloy pedal faces. I reckon someone musta left their SS-V parked next to it for too long as I've got the staggered wheels on mine as well lol. Thanks for that

I put one of those vf flat bottom steeringwheels with the paddle shifters on my vt. No they don't fit out of the box. I took to an engineer &asked if they could make it fit? Yes they could, did.

Haven't got the paddle shifters working yet? Maybe l will? Who knows?
