Well i just realised that on the rhino site it says that the one i bought doesnt fit sedans with a factory sunroof. Didnt see this before ..... now to try and swap it for a 2500 RS that clamps onto the door arches, and hopefully it doesnt scratch :(

Yeah, it says RSp18 for sedans. Whats got me is it says VE sedan. Im assuming that VE and VF are the same. on the rhino page it says RSP18 when i put in my model.

Just tried to fit my new RSP18 rhino roof racks and have found that moulds on the roof under the strip prevent the mount from sitting upright, anyone else had the same issue?

I bought the car as a brand new demo, the front pads still have heaps left in them and im assuming they are factory. Ill try the clean and the silicon on the plate and see how i go. Cheers for those who offer advice, much appreciated.

I have a 3.6 sidi, whats it cost to have them tuned for better fuel economy?

Got mine replaced under warranty, apparently there are lots that come back cause the screen stops working. I read somewhere to try and push the sides of the screen in a bit cause sometime they are loose. I just took it in and they said it was faulty, waited about 4 weeks to get one from sydney...

A brand new catalytic converter for a SIDI motor is $1000, Holden dalership quoted me $1250 and other exhaust places said around the same price, something to do with how big it is. its not just a standard Cat.

Thats how mine started, all seemed fine apart from the engine light. about 6 weeks later replaced 2 coils causing misfires and a new 2nd hand Cat converter from driving it *fine* (total cost $1000 luckily half paid by extended warranty) lesson to be learnt, go straight to dealer to be scanned.

well they went in fine, and the lights seem to be ok, can you insert the globe into the clip both ways or does it only fit one way? also you talked about focusing them, i dont see how you can change anything to do with focus.

does it matter which way it faces? i dont know if its upside down or not lol

Apparently the cats that you linked me cant just be put on the commodore without needing some other thing called Bunkers, to stop the computer from faulting. I managed to find a second hand one off a car that had been wrecked at 55K kms, costing me 450 fitted. better then 1200 i guess.

From what ive been told, the SIDI exhaust is one piece from the manifold right down past the cat converter, i think thats a v6 one but not entirely sure.
