From what I've been told and have read:
a Carby set up will make just as much if not more power then a injector setup.
the carbies are able to vapourise fuel better= more power.

only down side of the carby set up is emmisions, tune ability, and reliability.

if u won't a carby set up then thats fine by me.

At low air speed the fuel comming out of a carbies jets hardly atomises at all, it's just dribbly crap. that's why carbies have crapy throttle response and the low end power is substantially worse. With efi the fuel comes out of the injectors as a fine mist even at idle. The only place a carby will come close to efi is flat out at WOT. I think if you want to play with carbies the best thing to do is buy a 202 and some triple SU's and play all you want

might just hack up a Vn manifold and go from there and see what happens, thanks for everyones input, i know what everyone is saying, and i just come up with stupid ideas and will give it a shot and see what happens, wont be done anytime soon, as im just wanting to get my motor up and running on fuel injected for now so i can put it in my VN and then use my original Vn motor and play around with it, with carby and a few other things i want to try,

Hey Potshots, a mate of mine here has one on his shelf from a project when he was running a 3.8l in speedway and you could not run injection in the class.
Now the rulings have chenged and he is running with injection etc.
He recently shifted house and if u r interested i will ask him.
