I finally and sucessfully fixed the sticky relay problem that was driving me insane.

Thanks again bcw61 for the relay and dolsen for the excellent write up, it helped heaps.

It may help others but I had difficulty trying to get that pesky strivet out due to it being worn. My little philips and flat head screwdrivers didn't work as there aint much room in that awkward position. So I undone the 3 screws holding the side vent on which gave me plenty of working/visual space.

For those folk who are interested, I've got some relays on order as we speak, with delivery due the first or second week of December.

The only real price killer will be postage, but I'm trying to find ways of minimising costs there.

Any more? I would like to buy one
