So question for you king of Titirangi coffee ships.

If one is mainly doing highway kms and the V6 takes 91 not Premium is the V6 cheaper on fuel?

Don't think there will be much in it kos.
According to Green vehicle guide the official extra urban consumption of a V6 RSV is 7.1L / 100 km's running 91 and a 2.0 RS is rated at 6.3L / 100km's on minimum 95 Octane. 7.1 / 6.3 =12.7% more liters burned by the V6 so it will depend upon whether the premium vs 91 Octane difference is more or less than 12.7% around where you live.

Have seen the same early notice on oil change. Lots of short trips too.
We usually cruise at 120kph and to be honest I thought economy would be better. Wagga to Syd around 10l/100k.
Get 11 out of my 375 clubsport at same speed on same trip.

Much better economy at 100 k.p.h.

That extra 20k/hr does make a big difference. Know this is about the ZB but drove clubby Wagga to Brighton Le Sands yesterday, indicates 10.2/100k but that’s on 98. Will drive the ZB next time for an actual comparison rather than from memory.

At 120ks the torque of the V8 is a real advantage. But I would still be disappointed with 10L from the V6 on the highway. My VE would do better than that I'd think.

I got 7.2L / 100 km's on a 100 km round trip to see the extended family yesterday, with 3 people on board, mostly motorway running but about 25% of that trip was city. I've never seen anything like 10L / 100 km in open road running, not even anywhere remotely close.

That's more like what I expected.
