Is it bad to floor my VF storm Station wagon A lot? I know the cars built to be push but how often and how much can I push it?
It's okay to push it every now and then, but don't flog it regularly, as things will wear out faster, especially if you're not servicing it every 10,000km or less...

my belief
every few weeks, when fully warmed up
give it 90% throttle from about 50km/h
in a safe environment
I've read online that it's best done at first start up (dead cold) to dislodge any pesky carbon build up.
Mechanics hate this one trick.

I hear it’s really good for your valve springs too! /S.

And only driven by granny to Church on Sundays.
In 2006 my wife wanted to buy a VZ SS and there was no Sting Red manual's and had to be ordered. The used car department had a mint one on the lot with 4100km's, virtually brand new and she bought it.

The salesman told us the car had only been driven to church, yeah sure mate, and he showed us the handbook and rego papers and the previous owner was the Church of Christ! One of the hierarchy ministers had it for a couple of months and traded it in on a HSV GTO Coupe.

If the car couldn't handle being taken to 6000rpm they wouldn't have put the redline there.

I've floored mine so hard it bent the speedo needle.
Anything less and your just babying it. It's a V6 for F sake so use it's full potential.

Reminds me of a wanky workplace in my past.
Once you get past the original target you need to set a stretch goal.
