Our rubbish trucks sometimes come before 7am and I can't be fucked rushing outside to put the bins out then so I always end up doing bins late the night before, or more likely, in the early hours....

I'm sure my neighbours love me :)

I'm lucky enough I leave for work before the rubbish truck arrives, so I put them out before I head off.....

We put the bin out the night before, always have done. The truck often comes around 6 am.

As we allways get up early I put the bins out in the morning. This was due to some smart arse driving up on the grass an bowling the rubbish bins. We did caught out once when the rubbish truck came around at 5.30. No problem, I put our bin across the road..

You don’t want your bins knocked over.

Since I watched this I get stressed that our bin has been tipped and we need to up our game. We have good bin game.

Decided to go for a walk this evening, got to the bottom of the street, looked at the street lighting in the distance over the motorway and it's hosing down over there so turned around and headed home, got caught by the rain about 150 meters from home and was soaked in short order :(

I wish there was a control on the tv, but no such luck.....Stupid idea, where the whole tv works via the remote...

I have ordered another remote, so once it arrives and confirm it works, I'll pull the old one apart and see if I can fix it....If stuff the old remote, no loss....

Thanks for your input...Appreciated
Thought I'd update this issue....Got my new remote and fixed the problem Don't know whether I'll pull the old one apart....Just looking at the grub screw, it's bloody small...Probably loose the bloody thing if I pull it apart....

Time will tell

Nothing to loose pulling the old remote apart as it’s useless as is ;)

Take some sticky tape and roll a section on itself with the sticky stuff facing outwards, stick it to the table and put the small screw on the top surface… shouldn't loose it that way

If your eyesight it like mine, some good reading glasses should also make the job easier
