Hi, I have a 2001 VX S ex police car. Neither the hazards or the indicators are working I have checked all the fuses and relays and replaced the hazard lights switch with no prevail. There is power to all the swiches. All the indicators flash when the car is locked and unlocked. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers

Went through all of those 1 + 4 & 1 + 6 conected together at the back I can get the hazards to light up continuously without flashing and the indicators to work without any flash. In the relay socket how many connections should there be???

sounds like you have a faulty flasher can (relay)
fuse panel under steering column, top left "relay"
according to wiring diagram should have 3 terminals on flasher can

what happens if you bridge terminals 3 and 6 at hazard switch

terminal 1 purple wire out of flasher can to hazard common
terminal 2 blue wire right indiactor
terminal 3 blue/white wire hazard switch to flasher can common
terminal 4 orange/red wire hazard 12v from fuse 7
terminal 5 light blue wire left indicator
terminal 6 brown/blue wire indicator 12v from fuse 12
terminal 7 brown/white wire instrument lights
terminal 8 grey wire light ground Share

Agree....Flasher can or the indicator circuit relay (4 pin).
There is a relay inside the BCM that makes the indicators flash when the car is remotely locked.
It is a different circuit.

Will be in the fuse compartment under the steering wheel.
Just pull down the trim from under the steering wheel.
