its a 13 ml bolt for both connections to the solenoid. The upper connection bolt is in a tight space so a 1/4" ratchet/socket combo is needed. make sure to disconnect battery before stating work. Removing the wheel makes it easier.

An older manual ( with fuzzy low res pictures) suggests a total of 7 screws. A VE vid indicates 9 screws to be removed to get the fascia off. Wahtw as your count?

Consider the possibility ( if you haven't already) of the ignition coils. Voltage issues will throw a code but faulty operation due to diminished resistance ( ohms) does not. Grab a multi meter and make sure the coils are within ohms spec.
