no i didn't sand it at all.. the primer just makes the plastic sticky more that rough to hold the paint on.. and once you give it the coats of paint and clear it smooths out

i recently had to replace my heater core.. after replacing everything i cant seem to seal ther vacumm lines and my heater only blows on the windscreen. is there any trick to sealing the lines at the back of the heater control panel?

yes but the vt gm wouldn't cover hsv's would it? the easiest way to tell if you ahve variable steering is like blackvxgts states.. check if there is a loom coming off the steering rack

there are a few going on ebay.. there is a bloke from melb that does them, you can get any colour or style you want.. my mate got them and they are very good

well considering they are both controlled by the abs pump i would start there.. any plugs loose? leaking?

the hardest thing will be the door regs and putting the doors on.. the rest will be a peice of cake.. especially the gaurd.. so start there and work your way back

Is it a factory supercharger or aftermarket? Does it come with a loom? Does it come with injectors? How many k's has it done? That should get u started

i think the easiest thing to do would be to just pick up a new surround from a wrecking yard.. shouldn't cost much at all

they are aftermarket.. made in Taiwan by sss auto parts.. i work for them and they are as close as u will get to the genuine item for half the price

u can pick up new aftermarket ones from sss auto parts for about 100 odd dollars

The bar will fit yes. vt/vx have the same gaurds, bar reo and radiator support.

i did this today but i cannot get the heater pipe to stop leaking.. i replaced the oring but it still wont stop leaking.. anyone know how to fix?
