Check the battery you must.

Update.... I put the car into engineering mode without starting the car......battery voltage - 11.8v. I started the car and it went up to 14.3v. I switched the car off still in engineering mode.... it dropped down to 12.0v. Can this really cause all the shaking and shuddering and multiple misfires?

VZ Crewman, VZ Cross 8, & ya mum.
It needs to be load tested.
It’s free to have done.

It’s a start. We can’t just have random guesses.

Are the earths good? Eg. Not high resistance.

Is the battery healthy? Get a free load test done.

Have the intake tested for leaks with an automotive smoke machine or make one as shown earlier.

Check the accessory pulleys with the belt off. Spin them. Inspect for play.

Make sure the spark plugs are in correctly. Torqued properly.

Redo the coils. Take extra care to get them seated well.

Install the intake plenum with new gaskets. Metal ones with the silicone seal. Torque the bolts to 25Nm.

Make sure all the vacuum hoses are not brittle.

Inspect all the injector plugs for damage. Can you move them a bit and see if the idle changes?

Do the same with the coil plugs.

I really am hoping the battery is the main cause of why my car is running so poorly and throwing misfire codes but I'm not holding my breath. The car still starts relatively normally which is a little odd to me tho

battery is unlikely to be causing your codes
i still think timing chain has stretched
causing a compression issue and high pressure fuel pump mis-timed
which is causing your misfires
but without taking to an advanced shop for diagnostics
it is a process of elimination of possible causes
as listed earlier

Think I might have solved whatever the hell was going on, looks like the fuel system might have just needed a good clean out. threw a couple of really good additives in the tank and now its running as it should be. still early days but I'm hopeful it just needed a good blow out..... Italian tune up if you will. Fingers crossed.
