My 2008 SSV with dual zone climate vontrol had an issue where the drivers side ac wouldn't adjust temperature but the passenger side would. Relearn made no difference so I replaced the lower drivers side actuator and all good now.
Important..... The drivers side lower one is a different part number and has the shaft popping out the opposite side to the other three actuators. The shaft is black in colour (others are white). I took the old actuator apart and used its black shaft in the new actuator as all other parts are the same.
Next time you hook up a tech2, you may need to clear the error code.

Hey Paul, I’m having the same issue with my SSV. I’m keen to understand exactly where the actuator you replaced is located.
Info is a little scarce when it comes to the dual zone system.
Ben.

Thanks Pete, have done previously.
I suspect though that tutorial is not for dual zone.
The lower left actuator in my SSV is working yet I only have temp control on the passenger side.

I've got the issue where my passenger side has no temp control, but has direction control. The drivers side is fine.
Am I looking at replacing the lower passenger side one or does it sound like something too hard to fix? (hvac box failure etc)

Bump.

I'm having an issue where i have normal AC to the drivers side vents, ie the vents circled in green, however the passenger vents in red only blow warm air. Does anyone know if this is HVAC issue and if so, which actuator i should change?

I'm not having any issues with air getting stuck to a certain setting like windscreen, floor etc.

The car is an SSV with dual zone air.
