Also will the fact the rear sensors are left on be causing the car to run abit funny like air/fuel ratios are off?
rears dont do much they only let the ecu know the front 02's are doing there job properly, thats why they should be disabled as the fronts still do there job but with the mods to the engine they dont do it enough to keep the rears happy, the front ones do the closed loop fueling which usually need adjusting to suit different exhaust too as the distances are different

Will the fact that the rears should be off and are throwing up engine light cause ecu to think somethings rong and play up abit I can notice it while driving sometimes- lack of power, sluggish when shifting when put foot down?? Thanks for advice mate

if there isnt a ''reduced power'' on the dash then its just a issue to sort out so wouldnt be affecting it that way, its sounds like its the 02 related codes for the out of range or something, if it was the cat efficiency (also triggered by rear 02's) the efficiency will cause reduced power, all depends what they done in the tune as a camshaft and full exhaust can need the 02 closed loop function adjusted to suit the system with the controls/delays for the data they feedback, the 02's dont control the fueling, its the ecu adjusting the fueling using the 02's feedback to hold stoich for CL

Okay I’m glad it doesn’t seem like it’s anything major and just a bit of a process of elimination as I said my mates reading over the tune this weekend and I’ll be sure to post back and let u know what he finds and if we can solve it from there! Thanks again mate your knowledge is much appreciated!

If the number 2 O2 sensors left & right bank were turned off with a HP Tuners then they probably forgot to turn off all the DTC codes and the (COT) cat over temp as well.
Depending on ECU's there is quite a few to check and see if they need switching off.
Here is a list of all the DTC numbers that need checking. Done quite a few v6 and v8's
Also turning them off you do not get a permanent error as someone stated earlier in fact it will pass the smog test on every handheld code scanner that does it.

Engine, Fuel Control, COT, Lean Cruise, Cat Over Temp Protection:

COT - Set to Disabled

Engine Diag, General, Catalyst:

Catalyst Test - Set to Disabled

Post O2, Post O2 Test - Set to Disabled

All these codes set to disabled if enabled
