Vx l67 Manuel conversion firing but not starting

Hi I’ve got a 2002 vx l67 that’s been converted to Manuel it’s firing but won’t start I’ve replaced the fuel pump and crank angle sensor I’ve replaced fuses and still the same thing it has spark so can it be cause it still has the auto wiring harness and computer do I need to get a Manuel memcal
