$200ish a tyre for the R2s is an unreal price. Where'd you get that deal from?

Seems A bit expensive. I got four R2s which are a much better tyre for $823 incl balance, alignment. Check they didn't charge you for 4 instead of 3.

Sorry guys I run 18s to get a better ride which probably explains the difference in price although still think I got a good deal. Got them fro Jax. I was a huge fan of the 050s but the R2s are quiter and grip better particularly in the wet. By all reports they also last longer.

I tried last September to get 050s but was told by every outlet that they were no longer made and were replaced by R2's.

Also fwiw I paid $1800 for a full set of 19" - sucks that 19's are so much more expensive.
