Manta exhaust has 3 variations, which to buy?

As someone who has purchased from him, they come direct from the Manta warehouse. They dont come from him at all. He puts the order in, they send it out. He doesnt have the chance to do a swaparoo.



Almost every exhaust drones with AFM.

Got a hold of him finally, just been a **** fight with delays and
issues with getting it sent.
I'm over it.
Arrives on the 22nd that's the eta anyway.

Hang in mate will be worth it when you get it on the car. I'm very happy with the manta system on my car, with your other mods will be even better.

I CBF freighting **** though, had mine installed at the local exhaust shop and cost about $50 more. Drove there and dropped off car, 15 minute walk home, ate breakfast, 15 minute walk back and all done. Worth it for me anyway.

My local shops sell xforce.hurricane redline or pacemaker that's about it,
Price was good 3 week wait not so much.
Finally turned up 22/12/2015 just before 5pm.
Got stuck into it today and its all installed.
Quite happy with how it sounds,will turn the afm off and cat cel although no code yet.
Def sucks with afm active,sounds a little off when afm kicks in.
Still got an otr to fit(mafless and tune it with hp tuners.

Which version did you end up going for?

Besides when AFM kicks in, does it have good note separation through the rev range (ie pulse or throb)?

Is the gas kept independent up front if the muffler option is used instead of hot dogs? (Prob a question for abba)

I just had a week ago a manta hotdog centre with muffler rear on cam only e2 Clubsport. The wrong centre section was sent up as originally wanted muffler centre, however installed it and could not be happier, no drone sounds awesome and contrary to opinion from shops and others it's not that loud or annoying, isn't to loud.

I got muffler,hotdogs and rear mufflers,twin 3" cats and hurricane 1-7/8 4 into ones.
Sounds good.nice deep note and everyone that heard it loved the sound of it.
Note is great taking off esp at wot!
Car goes well but I can tell it needs a tune.
Id say most people would be happy with this system.
Exhaust tips look close to the stock ones too so looks good and not out of place.

What is the note like whilst cruising at part throttle, say 60kms/ hour and revs at 1000-1400?

Does it still keep its beat, or any drone?
