Left Manifold PCV Inlet/Outlet
Left and Right are the same,
They can be very brittle, due to heat for obvious reasons.

They screw into the Manifold (RH Thread) and have a O-ring on them to seal any the vacuum leak.
I picked up a few for spares at the wreckers some time back.

You could see if the Automotive outlets can get them, or if they have them,
If you do one, do both.
Peter Page in Adelaide may have them, as he has the PCV plumbing for the Alloytec engines.
but
If you know someone with a lathe, your 50% there.

This gasket was worn out, do you think thats why the rpm was fluctuating?

Possibly,
But I’d be more concerned if it flacktuating, that’s what a sports exhaust does on a V6, :D

But if you meant fluctuating,
your possibly correct,
but those don’t normally leak if you tension them up correctly,
But they can suffer heat stroke,
And dry out become brittle, like the PCV inlet/outlet fitting as we mentioned before.
If the upper manifold gasket look and feel ok, I’d say re-use them,
If your in doubt, replace them.
Other than that, if idle still fluctuates,
Get it smoke tested.

When I smoke tested the Adventra last year,
2 things I found that was a vac leak,

1) The brake booster hose was leaking at the brass manifold fitting, so I cut it back 10mm, and re-fitted it.

2) The plastic hose from the front of the Manifold that goes under the manifold to the vapour solenoid had a split in it, that sits inside the split conduit that runs under the neck of the manifold,
I ditched most of the plastic hose and used rubber fuel line to the fitting on the side of the manifold.

That fixed both hidden bac leaks.

Thanks alot! I will see what i can do. Gonna do quick bunnings run to see if there is anything that looks like the lit i broke on the manifold ! Will keep you updated

Did you check oil pressure and replace the sensor? The video you have of the engine running sounds like it has a stuck vct actuator causing the cam timing to be way off. I have this issue quite a bit on rattletecs that have not been serviced well

No i havnt checked tge oil pressure, Its only on start up, when warms up the rpm wont fluctuate. But the law mawer sound is present when i accelerate.
